Coach Reggie Crume formally announced his resignation as the head football coach at Calvary Christian High School on January 11tth, 2024. Coach Crume did a tremendous job at CCHS over the past six years. We appreciate his leadership and dedication to the Warrior football program. As he mentioned, he will remain involved over the next few months and will continue to be connected at CCHS in the days ahead through other ways.

While we were sad to receive Coach Crume’s resignation, we are thankful to share our excitement and enthusiasm to announce Coach Wes Safford has accepted the position as the next head football coach for the Warriors. Coach Safford joined the CCHS faculty and staff in 2017. During the past 7 years, Coach Safford has been an assistant coach for the Warrior football program. He has been very involved in every played called in every game during this time. He is ready to lead! Coach Safford is respected and loved by the CCHS family and we look forward to him continuing to build the program with character, integrity, and dedication to the young men who will have the privilege to play for him.
