Summer Strength & Conditioning

 

Calvary provides an opportunity for students to participate in a supervised strength and conditioning program during the summer months in the school's state-of-the-art training facility. The schedule below outlines the schedule for the summer. Students must have a current FHSAA Athletic Physical on file to participate in workouts. You may select this link for the Athletic Physical Participation Form to be completed by your physician.
