Summer Strength & Conditioning

 

Calvary provides an opportunity for students to participate in a supervised strength and conditioning program during the summer months in the school's state-of-the-art training facility. Students must have a current FHSAA Athletic Physical (EL2) on file to participate in workouts. You may select this link for the Athletic Physical Participation Form to be completed by your physician.Additionally, each student must have a completed FHSAA Consent Form on file.
