The Calvary Café offers homemade lunch entrees several times each week, and homemade desserts every day. Students have the option to purchase lunch daily from the Salad Buffet that features several fresh lettuces, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, meats and other items. For variety, lunch is catered in periodically from Chick-Fil-A, Queen’s Pizza, Buffalo Wild Wings, and other local restaurants. Snacks, fruit and other items are also available for purchase each day.
Lunch orders are processed using the online ordering system through RenWeb. Entrees must be pre-ordered; however, the Salad Buffet, desserts, and snack items may be purchased on demand during the lunch period. Lunch orders for each week close at midnight on the Wednesday before the week to allow Café personnel time to prepare the following week's lunch orders.
To pre-order lunch, parents must into their RenWeb-Parent account (lunch ordering is not available from the RenWeb Student account), and follow the procedures below.
- Log in to RenWeb (parent account)
- Select "Student"
- Select "Lunch" link on left. Lunch options are listed on the calendar
- Scroll to the bottom of the calendar, and click "Create a Web Order"
- Enter the quantity for each item
- Click "Order Items"
- Pay with credit card or echeck.
The order is not complete or submitted until confirmation of payment is received. It may take a few seconds for the payment screen to display, so be sure to wait as the order is not processed until payment is complete. The calendar menu will show items ordered and processed in blue. If an item is shown in red, the order is not complete and the school has not received it.
Please check the school calendar carefully for field trips, off-campus lunch opportunities, early dismissal for athletics, or other activities planned that your child may attend. The school does not provide a refund for lunches ordered and not taken. Once an order is received, we are committed to paying our suppliers and vendors.
