Calvary Summer Strength and Conditioning Schedule

Calvary Christian High School provides an opportunity for students to participate in a supervised strength and conditioning program during the summer months in the school's state-of-the-art training facility. Students must have a current FHSAA Athletic Physical (EL2) and FHSAA Concent From (EL3) on file to participate in workouts. Additionally, each student must have a completed FHSAA Consent Form on file.  

Start Date: Monday, June 3, 2019

End Date: Thursday, July 19, 2019

Closed Dates: June 29-July 7, 2019 & July 22-26, 2019

                                                                Cost: Free to all Calvary Students
