Purpose
The purpose of College Exposure Trips is to allow students to explore the various types of institutions available to them.  
Students will have an opportunity to visit public, private, and Christian colleges. The institutions visited will range in admissions selectivity from open enrollment to highly selective.  Institutions will also vary in campus size and program offerings.  While students may not ultimately choose to enroll at a particular college/university we visit, it will help them to assess what each school offers and identify what factors are good fit for them.  

These trips are not meant to promote any particular institution. They are also not meant to replace a student's campus visit that should be made in the junior and senior years along with their family.

College destinations are determined by student interest (given in Maia Learning), travel time/proximity, as well as the College Counseling Department's mission.
 
Registration/Payments
Registration and payment deadlines are in place to allow us to give accurate and timely counts to the colleges and for reserving transportation. All payments are non-refundable.
