Athlete Transcript Request
If you are the parent of a student-athlete that wants to participate in intercollegiate athletics, please email your primary college counselor to request the Student-Athlete Transcript Release Form. Once you've completed and returned this form, CCHS will be able to send your child's academic transcript to college coaches (upon request) for recruiting purposes.
