  Parent-Student Orientation
  For all students and their parents to attend.
  Thursday, August 7th, 5:00 – 8:30 PM
  
  This is a new format for the Parent-Student Orientation Meeting. The opportunity to meet the faculty and staff will be before the information meeting begins in the Worship Center at 6:45 PM.

• Fall 2025 Semester 1 Class Schedules
  

  Fall 2025 Semester 1 class schedule are now available by logging into your ParentsWeb account via FACTS/RenWeb.

  • If you are new to CCHS for the 2025–26 school year, please log in using your parent’s login credentials.

  • New students will receive their own login credentials at Warrior Welcome/Mock Schedule Day in August.

  How to View Your Semester 1 Schedule:

  1. Go directly to: https://accounts.renweb.com/Account/Login

  2. Log in using your Student or Parent Credentials.

     1. District code is: CCHS-FL

  3. Click “Student” on the left-hand menu.

  4. Then click “Schedule.”

  If you have issues logging in, please use the “forgot password” feature to reset your password.

  Please note: You are viewing Semester 1 only. FACTS/RenWeb does not allow us to release both semesters at the same time. If you requested a one-semester course (e.g., Health, Personal Finance, SAT Prep, etc.) and do not see it listed, it is likely scheduled for Semester 2, which will be released at a later date.

  Important Schedule Information:
  Each student’s schedule has been thoughtfully created based on course requests, graduation requirements, and class availability.. In cases where scheduling conflicts occurred, the Academic Department—often in collaboration with College Counseling—made necessary adjustments with care and consideration.

  While we review every request, we are not able to guarantee placement in specific courses, study hall periods, or off-campus periods, including 1st and 8th period. Please remember that the official school hours are 7:45 AM to 2:55 PM, and families should plan for students to be on campus during that full timeframe each school day.

  We understand that some students may be disappointed if requests could not be met. We ask for your understanding and kindness as we work diligently to meet the academic needs of all students. Thank you in advance for responding with grace and patience as we work to serve each student well.
  

  Schedule Change REQUEST Window:
  This year, CCHS will implement a designated schedule change window to help the Academics Department manage the high volume of requests efficiently. Schedule change requests will only be reviewed and processed during the window listed below.

  Please Note: Student schedules are currently open for viewing only. The Schedule Change Request Form will open on July 28th. Course change requests will only be accepted through this form. No schedule change requests will be reviewed by email or before July 28th.

  Schedule Change Window: July 28 – August 14

  Schedule Change Requests Will Be Prioritized in the Following Order:

  • Corrections of scheduling errors (e.g., duplicate or missing required classes)

  • Dropping unnecessary or mistakenly assigned courses

  • Adding additional courses (as space allows)

  Requests to rearrange the order of classes or to receive an off-campus period will not be considered.

  All requests must be submitted via the official form (linked below and available beginning July 28th). Email requests sent directly to Academics Team members will not be processed.

  Changes will appear in FACTS/RenWeb only if your request is approved.

• Off Campus Documentation
  

  Off-Campus Periods - Documentation Requirements:
  If your schedule includes Study Hall during 1st or 8th period and you would like Off-Campus privileges, please complete the Student Permission for Late Arrival or Early Dismissal Form in Magnus Health. Once approved, your schedule will be updated accordingly. In order to have off-campus privileges, the form MUST BE completed in Magnus Health (ParentsWeb > Medical >Magnus Health).
  
  Note: CCHS athletes may leave campus and return for practice or games if this form is completed.

  The first day of school for the 2025 - 2026 school year will be on Monday, August 11, 2025.
