Fine Arts Administration

Mr. Michael Martell serves as the Director of Fine Arts and Band Director at Calvary Christian High School.  He has engaged with Christian education both as a student and a teacher, and his passion for it stems from the profound impact it has had on his own life.  Mr. Martell has served at Calvary since the 2011-2012 school year.  Prior to his time at Calvary, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Clearwater Christian College and in 2017 he earned his Master of Music in Music Education from the University of Florida.  He leads with a joyous heart and serves alongside our talented fine arts faculty, seeking to provide students with a college preparatory fine arts education rooted in a Christian worldview.

Ms. Bethany Finch serves as the Fine Arts Coordinator and Percussion Instructor at Calvary Christian High School.  She has served the band program since 2014 as percussion instructor before being brought on to fulfill the Fine Arts Coordinator role in 2023.  Prior to her full-time employment at CCHS, she served as a Band Director at another Christian school for eight years.  She has earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida in 2015 and her Master of Music in Music Education from the University of Florida in 2018.
