The Band Program at Calvary Christian High School prepares students to be effective and knowledgeable producers and consumers of instrumental music in college and beyond. Rooted in glorifying God through performance, the band program emphasizes excellence and having fun within a family atmosphere.
The band program's course offerings include:
- Beginning Band
- Directed Study in Instrumental Music - helps students achieve a deeper understanding of music and musical instruments
- Marching/Concert Band
- 2024-2025: Class 1A State Champions at FMBC, Straight Superior Rating at FBA Marching Band Assessment, Straight Superior Rating at FBA Concert Band Assessment, 9 students accepted to All-County Band
- 2023-2024: Class 1A State Champions at FMBC, Straight Superior Rating at FBA Marching Band Assessment, Superior Rating at FBA Concert Band Assessment, 9 students accepted to All-County Band
- 2022-2023: Class 1A State Finalst at FMBC, Superior Rating at FBA Marching Band Assessment, Superior Rating at FBA Concert Band Assessment, 11 students accepted to All-County Band
- 2021-2022: Class 1A State Champions at FMBC, Straight Superior Rating at FBA Marching Band Assessment, Straight Superior Rating at FBA Concert Band Assessment, 7 students accepted to All-County Band
