Strength and Conditioning Training
Calvary provides an opportunity for students to participate in a supervised strength and conditioning training during the summer months in the school's state-of-the-art training facility. The schedule below outlines the schedule for the summer. Students must have a current FHSAA EKG Form (EL1), FHSAA Athletic Physical (EL2) and FHSAA consent and liability waiver (EL3) uploaded in Magus to participate in workouts. This form can be found in Magnus.

Closed Dates: June 29-July 3, 2026 & July 20-July 24, 2026
Adjusted Times (Due to VBS): June 15-19, 2026*
Cost: Free to all Calvary Students
*Week of June 15-19 – adjusted schedule: Varsity FB 2:30-3:30 PM, Volleyball 3:45PM-4:45PM, Boys & Girls Sports – 5:00-5:45 PM
