Schedule Change Requests for Spring 2026

Schedules for the next semester are made available at the end of semester 1. If you think a change is needed, the schedule change period is open until 3 p.m. on January 8th.  Please consider the following before submitting a request to change your schedule.

1. Please consult the Class Availability Chart.   If the course is not available, a change will not be possible. NOTE: Midway through the school year, it's difficult to make changes. It is not possible to move up a level in a core course (i.e., traditional to honors, honors to AP, etc.). It is possible to move down a level (honors to traditional, etc.) but dependent upon space in the class and approval for the requested change.
2. Most classes will be filled, so we may not be able to complete your request. Any open seats will be prioritized for students who need to meet a graduation requirement.
3. Schedule change requests will not be made for preference (i.e., I’d like to move math to the morning because I want to leave early for my sport, job, carpool, etc.)
4. After considering the steps above, if you think a schedule change is possible or necessary, please submit your request on the Schedule Change Request Form.  
5. Sending an email will NOT suffice as requesting a schedule change.  Only requests submitted on the Schedule Change Request Form will be considered.
6. All requests must be submitted by 3:00 PM. on Thursday, January 8, 2026.
